(A) (1) A caution flasher light be erected as soon as possible on State Highway 13 where said highway passes the Middlebury Community School; and that said flasher light be located in the center of the highway and at such height and place as the representative of the said Town Council shall designate to best give warning to vehicular traffic on said state highway approaching the area of said school.
(2) The proposal of Middlebury Community School to pay for the expense of erecting the same and the maintenance thereof be accepted by the town.
(B) Automatic traffic lights: Warren Street and Main Street; York Drive at State Road 13.
