The Board adopts a common seal bearing the words: A circle with the word “SEAL” centered, with one bar centered above that word and another bar centered below it, all surrounded by a beaded ring, with the words “TOWN CLERK” and “TOWN OF MIDDLEBURY, IND.” circling the top and bottom, respectively, of the beaded ring, with two additional rings surrounding the aforementioned words.
