(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Violation of §§ 72.01 through 72.06 shall be deemed an infraction. Upon determination of such violation by a court of competent jurisdiction, any person who has violated §§ 72.01 through 72.06 shall be fined not less than $10 and not more than $1,000, in addition to being responsible for all court costs and assessments, and all towing, hauling, transport, or storage fees as contemplated in § 72.05(E).
