(A) Any police officer may remove or cause to be removed any vehicle found to be in violation of the parking restrictions and regulations contained within this subchapter.
(B) Such vehicle or vehicles may be removed to any property owned by the town or to a private garage or location authorized pursuant to a contract with the town for vehicle impoundment and storage. Such vehicle or vehicles will be released only upon payment by the owner of the vehicle for all expenses of removal, impoundment and storage.
