(A) A caution flasher light shall be erected on State Highway 13 where that highway passes the Middlebury Community School. That flasher light shall be located in the center of the highway and at a height and place as the Council shall designate to best give warning to vehicular traffic on that state highway approaching that school.
(B) The proposal of Middlebury Community School to pay for the maintenance of the flasher sign is accepted.
