The provisions of this subchapter shall be construed as follows.
(A) Any term in the singular shall include the plural and vice versa.
(B) Any term in the masculine shall include the feminine and neuter.
(C) Any prohibition or requirement in this subchapter relating to an act shall extend to and include the causing, procuring, aiding or abetting, directly or indirectly, of such act.
(D) Any prohibition in this subchapter relating to an act shall extend to and include an adult’s permitting or allowing an act to be performed by a minor in the custody of the adult.
