234.01. AUTHORITY OF LAW DIRECTOR TO HIRE ASSISTANT.

a. The Law Director is hereby authorized to hire an assistant to assist the Civil Service Commission in carrying out its legal responsibilities under Ohio R.C. 124.40 et seq.

b. The Finance Director is hereby authorized to make such payment as may be presented for such assistant.
