222.01 JURISDICTION OVER WASTE WATER TREATMENT FACILITY.

(a) The Division of Police is hereby authorized and directed to enforce the ordinances adopted by Council in and upon the real property owned by the City known as the Waste Water Treatment Facility, including land leased from the Dayton Power and Light Company on old State Route 25, Miami Township, Montgomery County, Ohio.

(b) This section is not intended to preclude Miami Township police officers from enforcing State law as it may pertain to such property.
