646.02 ENTERING, WALKING OR DRIVING ON WHEN CLOSED.

(a) No person shall enter, walk upon or drive upon the public portions of a parking lot without the consent of the owner or operator or the agent of either, when the place of business on or adjacent to the parking lot is closed to the public.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
