212.02 INTERVIEW COMMITTEE; MEMBERSHIP.

There is hereby established an Interview Committee, which shall consist of three members of Council, who are appointed by a majority vote of Council, and a staff liaison, who shall be appointed by the City Manager, for a term of one year.
