210.04 PROFESSIONAL SERVICE CONTRACTS.

(a) The City Manager is hereby authorized to establish procedures, policies and individual specifications and bonding requirements for professional services.

(b) This section shall be retroactive to November 24, 1995.

(c) Any and all contracts for professional services entered into after November 24, 1995, are hereby ratified and approved.
