(a) The City is hereby subdivided into four wards and the boundaries thereof shall be such as are set forth on the Ward Map referred to in division (b) of this section. Such boundaries are so fixed that each ward shall contain as nearly as practicable an equal number of electors.

(b) The territory of the City, which is presently divided into four wards known as Wards One, Two, Three and Four, is hereby redivided as set forth on the Ward Map attached to original Ordinance 6443, passed February 4, 2014, and made a part hereof by reference.
