(a) No person shall use, sell, store or have in his or her possession any intoxicating liquor or beer on any property owned or managed by the City, except where leases or other use arrangements specifically allow to the contrary.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
