452.16 PARKING IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS ON UNPAVED SURFACES.
   (a)   Within Residential Districts and upon lands used for residential purposes, no person shall use a front yard for parking of any motor vehicle, trailer, boat, camper, recreational vehicle or like and similar item other than on a hard surface parking area or lawfully approved area as provided for in the Zoning Code of the City.
   (b)   In and upon all other land areas in Residential Districts and lands used for residential purposes, no person shall park, store or stand more than a total of two motor vehicles, trailers, boats, campers, recreational vehicles or like and similar items, except that parking of such number of such vehicles or like and similar items shall be permitted on a hard surface parking area or a lawfully approved area.
   (c)   Each item or vehicle parked, stored or standing in violation of division (a) or (b) of this section shall be considered a separate offense, and a separate offense shall also be deemed committed each day a violation occurs or continues.
   (d)   Whoever violates division (a) or (b) of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
