432.43 OPERATION ON PAVED ROADWAY SURFACE OF STREETS OR HIGHWAYS.

No motor vehicle shall be operated anywhere between the boundary lines of any highway or other public way open for travel except upon that portion of the surface which is improved for vehicular travel by paving or other treatment, but not including the berm or shoulder adjacent to such improved portion.
