(a) The following streets shall be closed to vehicular traffic between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily from Monday through Friday during the regular school term of the Miamisburg Public Schools: Sixth Street between Central Avenue and Park Avenue.

(b) The following street shall be closed to vehicular traffic between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. and between the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily from Monday through Friday during the regular school term of the Miamisburg Public Schools: Range Avenue between Wileray Drive and Rosetta Street.
(c) The following street shall be closed to vehicular traffic between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. daily from Monday through Friday during the regular school term of the Miamisburg Public Schools: School Street from Alma Avenue west to the H.V. Bear School property line.
(d) The following street shall be closed to vehicular traffic between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily from Monday through Friday during the regular school term of the Miamisburg Public Schools: North Ninth Street from East Cottage Avenue, north to the Mark Twain School property line.

(e) The following alley shall be closed to vehicular traffic between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily from Monday through Friday during the regular school term of the Miamisburg Public Schools: The alley south of Bishop Leibold School.

(f) Only the following vehicles may proceed with caution over the above-named streets during the time the streets are closed to vehicular traffic:
(1) Public safety vehicles as defined in Section 402.32, while responding to emergency calls.
(2) Vehicles owned by the City, County or State government, or vehicles or equipment owned by private utility companies, which are actually engaged in work upon, below, above or alongside the surface, as provided in Ohio R.C. 4511.04.
(3) School buses that are traveling to or from the school complexes within the restricted area for the purpose of receiving or discharging students.
(4) Vehicles traveling to or from local residences on the streets closed in this measure.
(5) Vehicles traveling to or from local residences or the school complex for the purpose of providing services.
