Each ordinance shall contain an enacting clause as follows: “Be It Ordained By The Council of The City of Miamisburg, State of Ohio,” and each resolution shall contain an enacting clause as follows: “Be It Resolved By The Council of The City of Miamisburg, State of Ohio.”
