406.09 VIOLATIONS SUBJECT TO MISDEMEANOR CLASSIFICATION.

Except as otherwise provided, any person violating the rules and regulations promulgated in connection with this chapter shall be subject to the penalties provided in Sections 408.01 and 408.02.
