1036.06 TEMPORARY UTILITY LINES, RELOCATION, REPLACEMENT AND/OR REPAIR OF EXISTING LINES.
   Nothing herein shall prohibit either of the following:
   (a)   The temporary aboveground location of utility lines during construction or emergency conditions; or
   (b)   Renewal, re-installation, relocation, replacement, repair or maintenance of aboveground utilities existing as of the effective date of this chapter.
