Underground areas outside of public alley rights-of-way include the following areas of the City of Miamisburg: Areas of the City where overhead or aboveground utilities, utility facilities, overhead lines, associated overhead structures and the like are placed predominately within public alley rights-of-way rather than predominately within the rights-of-way of public streets.
