Underground areas includes the following areas for the City of Miamisburg:
(a) All highlighted areas set forth in the map of the City attached to Ordinance 6726 as Exhibit “A”;
(b) All new development areas;
(c) All rights-of-way created, established, or designated after the enactment of this Chapter 1036;
(d) All areas designated in other sections of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Miamisburg;
(e) All areas designated through the passage of other ordinances;
(f) All areas of the City Zoned Planned Residential (PR).
(g) All areas within the following existing plats: Heincke Woods, Terrington Place, Vista Ridge Estates, Brandonhall Village, Wayfield Village, Alexis Place, Rotellini Estates, Belvo Woods, Grove Bel, Maue Road Estates, The Meadows, The Reserve, Medlar Woods, Hollow Creek, Stagecoach West, Hidden Meadows;
(h) Any existing and future historic districts as approved by the Miamisburg City Council;
(i) Areas of the City where no overhead or aboveground utilities, utility facilities, overhead lines, or associated overhead structures are used or useful in the supply of electric, communication, or similar associated services currently exist;
(j) All areas otherwise designated or required by the City of Miamisburg as authorized under Article XVIII, Section 3 and 8 of the Ohio Constitution and by its home rule powers set forth in Article III, Powers, of the City of Miamisburg.
