(a) Cultivators, processors and retail dispensaries of medical marijuana, including all cultivation, processing and retail dispensing of medical marijuana, whether licensed under R.C. Chapter 3796 or not, are prohibited within the corporate limits of the City of Miamisburg, Ohio in all zoning districts.
(b) This prohibition shall not be applicable to the extent it limits any research related to medical marijuana conducted as state university, academic medical center, or private research and development organization as part of a research protocol approved by an institutional review board or equivalent entity.
(c) Nothing herein shall prohibit the legal personal use or legal possession of medical marijuana by individuals within the City.
