402.105 COMMERCIAL VEHICLE.

Any vehicle used in connection with a private enterprise for commercial purposes. This definition includes vehicles such as, but not limited to, trucks, cars, vans, buses, limousines, tractors, tractor-trailers, semi-trailers, tow trucks, recovery vehicles, vending vehicles and vending carts, and trailers.
