The PO Planned Office District is provided in recognition that many office establishments seek to develop within unified commercial areas, usually under single ownership and control, and typically called "office parks." Within the premises of the District, such complexes would have all necessary services and facilities comprehensively provided in accordance with an approved development plan. Provisions of this District are formulated to achieve harmoniously designed structures upon a well landscaped site, which would be compatible with surrounding land uses.
