The following setback requirements for all manufactured and mobile homes located in a park shall apply:
(a) From all perimeter lot lines - 50 feet.
(b) From any housing unit located in the park - 15 feet.
(c) From any community building - 50 feet.
(d) From any public or private street located within the park - 15 feet.
