There is hereby established in and for the City a Citizen Urban Forestry Advisory Board which shall consist of seven City residents, who shall be appointed by Council. Members of the Board shall serve without compensation. Two City staff members shall also serve as staff liaisons to the Board. Board members shall establish bylaws which identify specific Board goals and member responsibilities, which shall be submitted to Council for approval.
