The Austin Center Overlay District is designed to promote the health, safety and general welfare and orderly growth; to achieve the goals and objectives of the May 2004 Austin Center Land Use and Development Plan; to establish basic standards for structures, landscaping and other improvements on the properties within the overlay district which promote high quality, innovative, and unified site design unique to Austin Center.
