1250.03 LOT REQUIREMENTS.
   (a)   Lot requirements in the OR-1 District are as follows:
      (1)   Minimum lot area      7,500 square feet
      (2)   Minimum lot frontage   60 feet
   (b)   For uses permitted by right or special review within the R-3 District, the requirements of that district shall be applicable. Special uses shall comply with all pertinent development standards contained in Chapter 1296.
