272.05 RIGHT OF INDIVIDUAL EMPLOYEES.

No agreement shall abridge the right of individual employees to seek their own redress of grievances or to refrain from affiliation with any organization, but an exclusive bargaining representative shall be entitled to be notified of any grievance settled within the bargaining unit.
