1236.01 COMPLIANCE REQUIRED; JURISDICTION OF BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS.

Appeals and variances shall conform to the procedures and requirements set forth in this chapter. As specified in Section 1236.02(a)(1), the Board of Zoning Appeals has appellate jurisdiction relative to appeals and variances.
