(a) City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to establish a Health Insurance Waiver Program for all eligible City employees.
(b) City Council authorizes a taxable payment of one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125.00) paid monthly to eligible employees for each month of participation in the Health Insurance Waiver Program.
(c) City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute all necessary agreements, contracts, resolutions, instruments, and other documents required to establish the plan.
