The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with Standard Insurance Company for life insurance coverage at a rate of ninety-five cents ($.95) per one thousand dollars ($1,000) of coverage and for accidental death and dismemberment insurance coverage at a rate of two cents ($.02) per one thousand dollars ($1,000) of coverage.
