618.17 FISHING AT COMMUNITY PARK.

(a) No person over the age of 16 years shall fish at the Community Park ponds, as established by regulation of the City Recreation Board. The purpose of these facilities is to provide recreation for the younger children of the City.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
