618.15 BIRDS AND ANIMALS CONSTITUTING A NUISANCE; ABATEMENT.

Whenever any starlings, sparrows, pigeons, rodents, or other animals constitute a nuisance in any part of the City, the City Manager or his or her designee is authorized to use all reasonable means necessary to abate the nuisance.
