(a) A chair-type combined curb and gutter section is hereby added to the City standard drawings for streets, which are herein incorporated by reference. This type of section shall be used in commercial and industrial districts and in certain areas where restoration of the chair-type combined curb and gutter is required.
(b) A variation of the standard rolled-type combined curb and gutter section with a thirty-inch base width is hereby added to the City standard drawings, which are herein incorporated by reference. This mountable-type of rolled section shall be permitted in residential plats that have a minimum tree lawn area of six feet between the back of the curb and the sidewalk. Developers or owners are not required to provide openings in this type of curb and gutter for driveways.
(c) The concrete specifications, reinforcing where necessary, and other general requirements, shall be the same as for the standard combined curb and gutter section shown on the City standard drawings.
