1228.02 STREETS AND ALLEYS; CURBS AND GUTTERS; ROADWAY SURFACING.

(a) Streets and alleys shall be completed to grades which have been determined or approved by the City or County Engineer and shall be graded to the full width of the right of way.

(b) Curbs and gutters shall be required in accordance with City standard drawings.
