1228.01 SUPERVISION AND SPECIFICATIONS.
   (a)   All required improvements shall be constructed under the supervision and shall meet the specifications of the agency involved.

   (b)   All construction within the City of streets, sidewalks, curbs, gutters and storm drainage shall be in accordance with the standard drawings and specifications on file in the City Engineer's office.
