Minimum required roadway widths, and curb and gutter and sidewalk standards, are as follows:
(a) Master Thoroughfare Plan street: pavement width to be determined with curb and gutter and four-foot wide sidewalks.
(b) Minor thoroughfare street, apartment or business: forty-foot pavement with curb and gutter and four-foot wide sidewalks.
(c) Local street: thirty-foot pavement with curb and gutter and four-foot wide sidewalks.
(d) Access or service drive: twenty-foot pavement with curb and gutter and four-foot wide sidewalks.
