The typical standards and right-of-way widths shown herein are minimums only as follows:
(a) Master Thoroughfare Plan street: for right-of-way width, see the Master Thoroughfare Plan.
(b) Minor thoroughfare, or any street to be used for business or apartments: sixty-foot right of way.
(c) Local street: fifty-foot right of way.
(d) Access or service drive: forty-foot right of way.

(e) Cul-de-sac: up to 600 feet long, with a fifty-five foot radii on the cul-de-sac.

(f) Alley: twenty-foot right of way.
(g) Easement: ten-foot right of way and five feet on each side of the rear property line.
