EDITOR'S NOTE: Council, by Resolution 694, passed May 5, 1959, authorized the City's participation in the Miami Valley Civil Defense Authority. By Ordinance 4451, passed June 18, 1991, Council authorized the formation of the Miami Valley Emergency Management Authority and membership of the City in such Authority.
There are no sections in Chapter 268. This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross references and any future legislation.
