It is recommended that the subdivider or his or her engineer consult with the Planning Commission while the plan is still in sketch form and before the preliminary plat is prepared, to acquaint himself or herself with the Master Thoroughfare Plan, the Zoning Code, parks and playgrounds and other planned projects, performance bond and contract requirements, and the rules and regulations pertaining to the subdivision of land in the City and within three miles thereof.
