(a) Council hereby establishes the following rental rates and deposit requirements for the public use of the Carnegie Center:
Room A $15.00/hr.
Room B or C 20.00/hr.
Downstairs 20.00/hr.
Room A and B 35.00/hr.
Entire Building 50.00/hr.
Room Deposit 25.00
Building Deposit 300.00
(b) The City Manager is hereby authorized to grant a ten percent discount on the above rental rates to businesses, service clubs and fraternal organizations located in the City and to residents of the City.
