(a) The City Manager is hereby authorized to establish rules and regulations for all City parks, recreation areas and facilities. Such rules and regulations shall be posted in City parks, recreation areas and facilities and copies of the same shall be maintained in the office of the Director of Parks and Recreation.
(b) Violation of the rules and regulations promulgated pursuant to this section shall constitute a criminal trespass, a misdemeanor of the fourth degree, as set forth in Section 642.10 of the General Offenses Code.
