Disposal fees shall be appropriated at a rate of four cents ($.04) per cubic yard or eight cents ($.08) per ton on construction demolition debris or solid waste disposed of at any construction demolition disposal sites or solid waste disposal sites located within the City, in accordance with Ohio R.C. Chapter 3714, consistent with State law as set forth.
