1060.11 ASSESSMENT OF ANNUAL DISPOSAL CHARGE AGAINST PROPERTY LOCATED IN CITY.

The Montgomery County Auditor is hereby authorized to assess on the tax duplicate the annual disposal charge levied by the Montgomery County Solid Waste District against property located in the City of Miamisburg. The beginning date of this assessment shall be no sooner than January 1, 1995.
