(a) The City reserves the right to determine the size of commercial establishments to be served. Generally, any business may receive a maximum of one standard collection unit of service for each scheduled collection. Apartment buildings of four or fewer units may receive a maximum of one standard collection unit of service per apartment unit per week.
(b) The City further reserves the right to reject certain kinds of refuse because of the threat of damage to refuse collection equipment, injury to personnel, or because the City is unable to arrange for the disposal of such refuse.
