(a) Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 9.60, the Fire Division is hereby authorized, in emergency situations, as determined by the City Manager, to extend the services of its personnel or the use of its fire apparatus to any other subdivision of the State or to a subdivision or other governmental agency of an adjoining state.
(b) This section is passed under authority of and in conformity to Ohio R.C. 9.60 and is inclusive of existing mutual aid agreements entered into pursuant to Ohio R.C. 9.60.
(c) The City Manager is authorized and directed to execute such agreements as may be necessary to carry out the terms of the authorization herein granted.
