1046.50 RIGHT OF ENTRY.

Any duly authorized employee of the City or of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, bearing proper credentials and identification, shall be permitted to enter upon all properties for the purposes of inspection, observation, measurement, sampling and testing, in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
