1046.24 INSTALLATION OF SANITARY LATERALS BY CITY; COST.

Installation of a sanitary sewer lateral to the property line may be performed by the City. When such service is performed, the cost shall be set by the City Manager and shall include the cost of labor, material, equipment and overhead. Installation services are payable in advance. (Ord. 3668. Passed 6-18-85.)
