1046.03 DISCHARGE OF UNTREATED SEWAGE TO NATURAL OUTLETS.

No person shall discharge to any natural outlet within the City, or in any area under the jurisdiction of the City, any sanitary sewage, industrial wastes or other polluted waters, except where suitable treatment has been provided in accordance with subsequent provisions of this chapter and in accordance with provisions of the NPDES permit. (Ord. 3668. Passed 6-18-85.)
